Mr. Sureshkumar Ramniwas Khandelwal, aged 75 years, is the Chairman and Wholetime Director of our Company. He has completed his bachelor in electrical engineering from Ranchi University. He has been associated with our company as CEO since incorporation and as Director since 2010. He has over 35 years of experience in the LED Lighting industry. He oversees the overall operations of our company, specifically, research & development, production and quality assurance Department.
Mr. Abhimanyu Khandelwal

Mr. Abhimanyu Amit Khandelwal, aged 30 years, is the Non-Executive Director of our Company. He holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) and has pursued a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University. He is currently working at R.K. Lighting Private Limited, one of our group companies. Under his leadership, the organization has witnessed a significant increase in digitization, resulting in improved resilience and operational speed. Additionally, he has been actively involved in designing and creating machines that automate the manufacturing process, further enhancing efficiency and technological advancement.
